Connect to MSN Messenger without installing MSN Messenger:

         Log on to  http://webmessenger.msn.com/

      Click on the Login button

      Put in your username and Password and click on sign in

      A separate window containing your MSN Messenger will open.

No installation required!

In case your messenger still does not open.

Go to your Browser (IE) à Toolsà  Internet Options à Security tab à Custom level à ensure that in Microsoft VM java permissions are not disabled. You can select custom or low safety and then try the above steps again.

Connect to yahoo messenger without downloading and installing yahoo messenger;

Go to http://jwchat.org/

When logging in for the first time put in a new user name which u would want to use for this site and choose a password.

      Check the register new account checkbox if logging in for the first time.

      A new window opens. On the top click on the Preferences option.

      Go to the gateway tab, select yahoo gateway.

      Put in your yahoo username and password and click on sign in.

This service may or may not work …it works for me. If I find out what prevents it from working on some machines ill put it up.

Backup your outlook data---very simple!

Open inbox.

Go to fileà Import and expert à Select Export to a file à select Pst formatà Select folder u want to backupà check the include subfolders option if u have subfoldersà click on next and then specify a path where u want to store your PST file.

This pst file can be used in case you loose any data by mistake by importing it into outlook
